FINELY PAINTED EXPORT GILT BLACK LACQUER SEWING TABLE.Late 19th/early 20th century, China. The octagonal top profusely painted with images of large scenes with figures, the interior with various compartments and moving trays, sliding drawer with table that folds out, all raised on two T-form legs with paw formed feet. SIZE: 29-1/4" h. CONDITION: Overall very good. Top panel with some rubbing to gilt painting. Wear along edges throughout.
