GE-TYPE TRIPOD CENSER.Of compressed globular body with rolled rim matched by a pair upright closed handles and supported on three short legs. covered overall with rich opaque glaze suffused with wide network of dark crackles and finer golden crackles. Accompanied by photocopies of some photographs of Capt. Pearce along with a a photocopy of a "Map of Kyoto and Vicinity with Shopping Directory", presumably the shops he visited. SIZE: 5-1/4" dia.
