CARVED ICY TRANSLUCENT JADEITE PENDANT.The jadeite pendant relief carved on one side with a monk seated above ocean waves beneath sun and clouds praying, the reverse carved with lotus flower blossom, the natural jadeite stone is icy transparent with mottled dark green. Accompanied by Gemstone Identification & Origin Report from Stone Group Laboratories indicating both are natural with no indications of polymers or dyes. SIZE: 2" l x 1-1/2" w. PROVENANCE: Estate Collection from a renowned Taiwanese Diplomatic Family - Cai Wanjun (? - 2011), Xu Shaochang (1913–1999), and Ye Gongchao (1904 – 1981).
