The large wood lacquer carving depicts seated Guanyin in dehyanasana, hands in mudra, dressed in lose robe, eyes closed with stern expression. SIZE: 45" h x 34" l x 25" w. PROVENANCE: Estate Collection from a renowned Taiwanese Diplomatic Family - Cai Wanjun (? - 2011), Xu Shaochang (1913–1999), and Ye Gongchao (1904 – 1981).
