SPONGE DECORATED AND GRAINED DOME TOP BOX.Mid 19th century, New England. The pine box in brick red paint, grained and sponge decorated overall within brown line borders. The hinged top opening to an open compartment fitted to the conforming case. SIZE: 11" h x 27-1/4" l x 13-3/4" d. CONDITION: Retains original painted surface with original lock and hinges.
