WINCHESTER 3RD MODEL 1873 SADDLE RING CARBINE.WINCHESTER1873 SRC553727B44 WCFMODERN; C&RCal. 44 WCF. 20" bbl, blue finish with straight grain American walnut stocks and carbine butt. Bbl has 2-line Winchester address in front of rear sight and cal mark behind sight. Standard carbine sights. Receiver is marked "1873" on upper tang with finials. SN is stamped on lower tang behind lever. Elevator is marked "44 cal". Saddle ring on receiver. Carbine buttplate, bbl band on forestock. CONDITION: Good. Bbl is a plumb brown patina overall. Magazine shows a dark gray patina with some roughness. Bbl markings are sharp. Sights are good. Bore is dark with visible rifling. Receiver is a gray brown patina overall with some pitting on right side at the rear. Tang marks are sharp. Elevator has been lightly cleaned with visible cal mark. Stocks are good and have been lightly cleaned with handling marks overall. Buttplate is a silver brown patina with roughness at the heal. Bbl band is a brown patina.
