WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 SADDLE RING CARBINE TRAPPER MODEL WITH 16" BARREL. WINCHESTER 1892 666842 32 WCF MODERN; C&R Cal. 32 WCF 16" bbl. Blue finish. Straight grained American walnut stocks with carbine butt. Standard carbine sights. CONDITION: Very good for this model. Bbl and receiver are a blue-brown patina with some evidence of re-bluing on bbl. Forward end of bbl shows some polishing. Bbl address is sharp. Cal. mark is sharp. Sights are good. Rear sight is somewhat bent and eroded. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Receiver is a silver-gray patina overall with some roughness and minor scratches and dents. Hammer and lever are also silver-gray patina overall with some roughness on bottom of lever. Tang mark is sharp. Stocks are very good with some light cleaning. Stocks show minor denting and scratching on both sides of buttstock. Buttplate and bbl band are gray-brown patina. An opportunity to obtain a nice 92 Trapper carbine in a bbl length that does not require A.T.F. clearance. 50076-6 TEP (2,000-3,000)
