WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 SADDLE RING CARBINE TRAPPER MODEL.WINCHESTER189286387725-20MODERN; C&RCal. 25-20. 16" bbl. Standard carbine sights. Blue finish. Straight grain American walnut stocks with carbine buttplate. Saddle ring. CONDITION: Very good for this model. Bbl and magazine tube are a gray-brown patina overall with some roughness at the muzzle end. Bbl markings are sharp and clear. Winchester proof markings are sharp and clear. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Receiver is a gray-brown patina overall with some cleaning evident and some carry wear. Hammer and lever are a gray-brown patina. Tang mark is sharp and clear. Stocks are very good and are slightly undersized and show light cleaning overall. Buttplate is brown patina with wear on heel and toe. Bbl band is brown patina with some dents and abrasions. A very desirable 92 Trapper model carbine in a bbl that requires no A.T.F. clearance. 50076-5 TEP (1,500-2,500)
