GROUP OF FOUR HOLSTERS.

1) Single loop holster for Colt 1911 automatic. Loop is marked "E. Williams Maker, Marfa, Texas" circa 1920. Holster is made of heavy harness leather, with a back lining. Loop is riveted to the back. Holster is marked underneath "R.H.C.S. Pennsylvania" in ink. 2) Triple loop cross-draw Mexican holster of very high quality made for 7-1/2" Colt Single Action Revolver. Holster is russet brown finish. Loops are thin with rawhide braid decoration on each loop. Holster is also bound by rawhide. Holster has a sewn in full lining with fine stitching. 3) Full tooled jockstrap style holster marked "S.D. Myres, El Paso, Tex." on front of the loop. Holster is made to fit a 5-1/2" SAA Colt. Holster is tooled overall and is two-toned russet brown with a stippled black background. Loop is riveted to back. 4) A plain Slim Jim style holster for a Colt Model 1860 Army. Holster has a reverse curve to the trigger guard. Holster has been shortened during period of use. SIZE: PROVENANCE: The Estate of G.W. "Bill" Stewart of Sonora, Texas. CONDITION: 1) Very good. Holster is russet brown overall with carry-wear and stains. Mark is sharp. 2) Very good. Holster has a crazed russet brown finish overall. Lining is frayed. Lining stitch is broken in certain places. Loops are intact. A holster with "South of the Border" look. 3) Fine. Stitching is intact. Lining is intact. Mark is sharp. A very attractive Myres holster. 4) Very good. Stitching is intact. Belt loop is intact. Rear inside toe is slotted for a hold-down strap. 49973-262 TEP (850-1,800)
