SN 20022. 2-1/4" bbl, 5-shot cylinder, loading gate, 2-pc hard rubber grips. 2) Cal. .32 CF, a scarce cal. in this model. SN 19899. 2-1/4" bbl, 5-shot cylinder, loading gate, blade front sight with frame notch rear sight, grips are hard rubber with Colt oval. 3) Cal. .38 CF. SN 13481. 2-1/4" bbl, 2-line address, patent date, 5-shot cylinder with loading gate, blade front sight with frame notch rear sight, checkered rubber grips with Colt oval. 4) Cal. .38 CF. SN 13609. 2-/14" bbl, 5-shot cylinder with loading gate, 2-line bbl address with patent date, hard rubber grips with Colt oval. 5) Cal. .38 CF, SN 15659. 2-1/4" bbl, 5-shot British proofed cylinder with loading gate, hard rubber grips with Colt oval. PROVENANCE: The Dr. Robert G. Cox Estate Collection. CONDITION: 1) 40% orig nickel with balance flaking and worn, grips are in very good condition, trigger and hammer have good fire blue. Bore is good. 2) 50% orig blue finish with flaking and oxidation on cylinder, hammer has good fire blue. Grips are in very good condition. Bore is fair. 3) 60% orig nickel with good etched panel, light flaking and a few surface dents. Hammer and trigger have strong fire blue. Bore is good. 4) Orig blue has flaked and worn to mostly gray smooth metal. Hammer has fair fire blue. Grips are in very good condition. Bore is fair. 5) Orig nickel has mostly flaked to bare metal with traces in protected areas. Hammer and trigger have good fire blue. Grips are in good condition.
