SKEET CONFIGURED PARKER DHE 12 GAUGE.PARKERDHE10873512 GAMODERN; C&RCal. 12 ga. 26" Titanic steel bbls (reduced to this length), 3" chambers, chokes marked skeet/skeet, full length matted rib with white synthetic mid and front beads. Rib marked "Parker Bros. Makers, Meriden, Conn. Titanic Steel". "2" frame. Dbl trigger, automatic ejectors, non-automatic safety. Replacement straight grip stock with 14" LOP over checkered butt, checkered in 2-point pattern with checkered side panels. Replacement beavertail forearm checkered in 5-point pattern with Deeley release. Receiver engraved in typical early DHE pattern, pointer on left, setter on right, 4 birds on trigger plate surrounded by light scroll. Engraved "Parker Bros." in banner on both sides. WEIGHT: 7lbs. 5oz. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining most of all of its custom finish. Bbls, as shortened, retain most of their refurbished rust blue finish. Custom stock and forearm of finely figured American walnut retain most of their hand rubbed finish, minute separation on right side of butt, left side of top tang and left side of forearm at grain points, otherwise stocks are sound. Receiver and forearm iron retain most of their restored case color most likely by Del Grego. Trigger guard and safety button retain most of their restored blue finish. Forearm latch is a tad loose. Mechanics very good. Bores are bright and shiny with minor orange peel. 50017-12 JSL4 (2,000-4,000)
