EXCEPTIONALLY FINE HIGH ORIGINAL CONDITION LEFEVER GE GRADE 20 GAUGE. LEFEVER GE GRADE 65585 20 GA MODERN; C&R Cal. 20 ga. 28" Fluid steel bbls. 2-1/2" chambers. Choked full/full. Full length tapered matted rib with steel front bead. Frame marked "XX". Dbl triggers, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Capped full pistol grip buttstock with 14-1/8" LOP over serrated line hard rubber buttplate. Buttstock checkered in 3-point pattern. Splinter forearm with friction release checkered in 2-point pattern. Receiver lightly scroll engraved and marked "LeFever Arms Co. / Syracuse, NY USA" on both sides. WEIGHT: 6lbs. 7oz. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine. Bbls retain nearly all of their original plum brown original LeFever blue. Receiver retains 70% bright original case color. Trigger guard and forearm iron retain approximately 80%+ original blue. Buttstock and forearm are excellent and retain virtually all their original factory finish, checkering is crisp. Brilliant shiny bores. Mechanics are excellent. Previous owners initials "MA" very lightly scratched on inside of forearm iron and bbl flat.
