RARE SET OF COLT PYTHON "SNAKE EYES" DA REVOLVERS WITH DISPLAY CASE.COLTSNAKE EYES SETEYES026/026EYES357 MAGNUMMODERNCal. 357 Mag. Matching numbered set of Pythons, 1 stainless and the other royal blue. Both with 2-1/2" vent-rib bbl, red ramp & white outline target sights and mounted with faux ivory 2-pc grips with scrimshawed dice on left side and diamond Royal Flush on the right side. Accompanied by their orig glass front, lighted wood display case that is 23-1/4" x 17-1/2" x 8" with Lucite hangers for the revolvers, there are 6 poker chips, 2 each of red, white & blue that are embossed "Snake Eyes" and one blue and one white playing card also embossed with the "Colt" trademark and "Snake Eyes" in the bottom of the case. Additionally accompanied by the orig burgundy colored, Styrofoam lined 1-pc cardboard boxes with matching numbered yellow & black labels. Only 500 sets of these rare revolvers were produced in 1989. Also accompanied by the orig Colt shipping box for the display case. CONDITION: Revolvers appear to be as new. Overall retains most of their crisp, orig factory finish. Grips are equally new. Display case is also new as are cardboard boxes. Display case is missing the key for the back plate locks. 50017-54 JR179 (3,000-5,000)
