HANDEL DAFFODIL LEADED TABLE LAMP.Large Handel leaded table lamp has massive shade with pastel yellow daffodils with dark green spiked leaves surrounding entire shade all set against bright green opaque background. Signed within metal aperture ring "Handel 1816-25". Shade rests on large Handel base with stylized overlapping leaf design surrounding foot leading to slender slightly bulging stem. Base is complete with five goose neck arm sockets and cast openwork fleur-de-lis cap. Base has rich brown finish. Signed on underside with raised block letters "Handel". SIZE: Shade is 24-3/4" dia. Lamp is 30" t. CONDITION: Shade is very good with some age related tight hairlines, but no missing glass or spider cracks noticed. Base is very good to excellent with some minor wear and discoloration to finish. Re-wired with appropriate cloth cord. 50490-4 DAB (5,000-7,000)
