HANDEL TREASURE ISLAND TABLE LAMP.Handel table lamp has reverse painted shade with Treasure Island design featuring sailing ship in full sail under full moon with lush island scenery surrounding. Exterior of shade is finished in chipped ice. Shade is signed on inside lip "Handel 8090" and also artist signed "Runge". Shade rests on original Handel base with vertically ribbed bulbous body leading to three socket cluster and original pierced heat cap. Signed on side with impressed block letters "Handel". Base is finished in rich brown patina with subtle red highlights. SIZE: Shade is 18" dia. Lamp is 23-1/4" t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with a tiny flaw in paint near bottom of shade. Base is very good to excellent with some very minor blistering to surface. 50489-18 DAB (7,500-9,500)
