WILKINSON LEADED POPPY TABLE LAMP.Wilkinson leaded glass table lamp has band of poppies surrounding the edge of shade with striated red and orange petals and striated green leaves all against light lavender background. Floral border gives way to long tapered geometric panels in yellow, amber and cream striated glass which finishes at an olive green stylized flower at aperture. Unsigned. Shade rests on an original Wilkinson base with round stylized leaf designed foot leading to vertically ribbed stem and three socket cluster and is complete with original Wilkinson locking heat cap. Base is signed on underside "Wilkinson Co, Brooklyn N.Y." and numbered "2756". SIZE: Shade is 20" dia. Lamp 26-1/2" t. CONDITION: Shade is very good with some tight hairlines in floral border panels, there are no cracks or hairlines to large geometric panels. Base is very good with some wear and corrosion to finish. Original cloth cord is frayed and should be replaced. 50268-1 DAB (5,000-7,000)
