SCENIC REVERSE PAINTED TABLE LAMP.Scenic table lamp attributed to Pittsburgh has scenic design with purple mountains, green foothills, lake waters in foreground, against yellow, purple and cream sky. Shade is further decorated on obverse with small lake islands and peninsulas in rust, green and yellow. Exterior of shade is finished in chipped ice. Unsigned. Shade rests on cast metal base with dolphin feet and vertically ribbed stem leading to two-socket cluster and original cap. Base is finished in rich bronze tone. Unsigned. SIZE: Shade is 16" dia. Lamp is 22" t. CONDITION: Shade is very good with some oxidation to paint on interior. Base is very good with some minor wear to finish. Re-wired with contemporary plastic cord. 50514-3 DAB (1,000-1,500)
