Heavy, slightly bulging body with rounded shoulder and slightly flaring neck cast with birds in flight against cloudy sky, further decorated with applied bronze birds in flight as well as birds perched on applied limbs. Urn is complete with spun brass insert and is marked on side with engraved signature "Hingre" and stamped on underside with what appears to be foundry mark. Bronze is finished in bright gold patina.
