DAUM NANCY RAIN SCENE BASKET.Rare Daum rain scene pattern handled basket has enameled barren tree scene in driving rain set against a green, lavender and clear acid-textured background. Vase is further decorated with an applied clear acid-textured handle. Vase is signed in black on the underside "Daum Nancy" with cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 7" t. PROVENANCE: From an Unreserved Texas Collection. CONDITION: The rim of the basket has been ground and there is a 1/8" flake on basket rim, otherwise very good. 50006-77 MEF (3,000-5,000)
