ARGY ROUSSEAU COLLECTION OF FRUIT BOX.Rousseau pate de verre round box and cover have fruits of rich purple shading to green tips and a geometric ring design set against a clear background with purple, green and yellow mottling. Cover is further decorated with cluster of seven amber fruits with white detail. Similar vase is pictured in G. Argy Rousseau Glassware As Art by J. Bloch-Dermant, p198, fig 24.19.
