DAUM CAMEO DANDELION VASE.Daum rectangular vase has cameo and enameled decoration of dandelions on each side. Front features large dandelion flower going to seed with cameo and gilt seeds blowing in wind surrounding entire vase. Leaves and flowers are highlighted with subtle brown enamel and gilt detail. Front of vase also has cameo verse "Comme La Plume Au Vent" which translates to "as the feather in the wind". Cameo and enamel decoration is set against mottled green shading to pink background. Signed on underside with gilt signature "Daum Nancy" with cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 4-3/4" t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 50501-90 DAB (2,500-3,500)
