LEFEVER ARMS COMPANY EE GRADE COMPENSATED ACTION SXS SHOTGUN.LEFEVEREE5336112 GAMODERN; C&RCal. 12 ga. Bbls are 32" of Damascus steel. Fixed FULL & FULL chokes. Dbl beads. Case colored side plate action with ejectors, dbl triggers and cocking indicators. Engraving features vignettes of pointing dogs on sideplates with fancy borders and highlights of foliate scroll. Checkered walnut splinter forearm, checkered pistol grip stock of fancy thin shell walnut featuring hard rubber grip cap and having silver name plate on toe line with initials "E.E.N". LOP: over orig buttplate is 13-3/4". PROVENANCE: Lifetime Lefever Arms Collection of Scott Lefever. CONDITION: Bbls retain much of orig brown finish showing good Damascus pattern and becoming light in carry areas. Bores have some very light pitting. Action shows fading visible case colors on sideplates and in protected areas. Balance has faded to even gray patina. Stock and forearm have lightly worn finish, checking wear on forearm with scattered dents, scratches and handling marks. 50255-1 DS (2,500-4,500)
