UNIQUE BELGIAN MADE BACK ACTION HAMMER GUN. BELGIAN BACK ACTION HAMMER 9771 12GA Cal. 12 ga. 2-3/4" Cham. 30-1/2" Damascus bbls, choked IC/Full, Liege black powder proofs. Back action locks, receiver body and trigger bow sculpted in open floral scroll patterns and gold geometric highlights. Sculpted dolphin hammers and bbl bosses similarly adorned. Horn under lever locking bolt and trigger tang. Figured European walnut, checkered floor piece, straight hand stock with cheekpiece and smooth steel buttplate. CONDITION: Good to very good. Bbls retain much of their orig brown finish with strong Damascus pattern, scattered light to moderate pitting throughout. Receiver and appended metal retain vestiges of orig case hardening color, stock is sound with many handling marks commensurate with age. Bores show moderate scattered pitting.
