Faux-ivory blade front sight with added paint with folding leaf rear sight. Rib has 4 added holes with cap screws for scope mount installation. Scalloped boxlock action with top tang safety and bbl selector, cocking indicators, side clips and cross bolt. Ornamentation is open pattern scroll with borders. Dbl triggers, extractors, splinter forearm and pistol grip walnut stock with European style comb. Stocks feature hand checkering, rosewood grip cap with faux-ivory inset and added left hand check piece. Front sling swivel is bbl mounted. LOP: 15" over 3/4" rosewood extension checkered buttplate. CONDITION: Bbls have 60% blue with fading in carry areas. Shotgun bbls show spots of very light pitting. Rifle bore has slightly worn appearance with small spots of roughness forward of chamber. Selector operated folding rear sight is not raising properly. Action finish has faded to gray. Refinished stocks with scattered handling marks. 51045-9 DS (2,500-4,500)
