MAUSER 1939 S/42 WWII ISSUE LUGER. MAUSER PO8 LUGER 1939 S/42 8789O 9MM MODERN; C&R; IMPORT Cal. 9mm. 4" bbl with SN on bottom. 1939 date above chamber. S/42 (Mauser) on center toggle link. Eagle/63 proofs on right receiver. Numbers on gun are matching down to firing pin and checkered walnut grips. Eagle/63 proofed aluminum bottom magazine that does not match. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Very fine. Retaining 96% orig blue with normal wear and a few scattered areas of corrosion. Grips are sharp with visible wood grain. Bore is worn with light pitting. Magazine has areas of light pitting on body and bottom. Mechanics are very fine. 49829-183 BWS (1,500-2,500)
