KRIEGHOFF LATE "S" CODE LUGER. KRIEGHOFF P08 LUGER S CODE 2607 9MM MODERN; C&R; IMPORT Cal. 9mm. 4" bbl with eagle/2 proof on bottom. "S" (1935) above chamber. "HK/KRIEGHOFF/SUHL" anchor logo on center toggle link. Eagle/2 proofs on toggle assembly and right receiver. Coarse checkered brown plastic grips with smooth border. Numbers on gun are matching, except front toggle pin and hold-open which are mismatched. Eagle/63 proofed aluminum bottom magazine does not match. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Very good. Restored to 90% blue and 50% straw with light pitting visible under finish on most surfaces. Rear toggle is discolored purple. There is a ding on sideplate hump for the trigger pull adjustment. Grips are lightly worn and have some chips to checkering. Bore is bright and sharp. Magazine has normal wear with some dings on bottom. Mechanics are very good. 49829-47 BWS (2,500-5,000)
