BEAUTIFUL DWM 1906 SWISS CROSS IN SHIELD LUGER WITH HOLSTER. DWM LUGER 1906 SWISS CROSS 12669 7.65 PARA MODERN; C&R; IMPORT Cal. 7.65 Para. 4-3/4" bbl with Swiss proof and full SN on bottom. Post-war German Eagle/N proof added, indicating import to Germany. Swiss Cross in Shield above chamber. "DWM" scroll on center toggle link. "P53" (indicating release from service in 1953) stamped over Swiss proofs on left receiver. Numbered parts are matching including checkered walnut grips. Swiss proof on back of frame. Post-war German Eagle/N, "AA", and antler proof under sideplate. Delivered in 1910 with W+F numbering. Grip safety. Swiss wood bottom mag with steel disks. In a brown leather, Carl Fischer Winterthur 1914 dated proper holster with carry strap. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 97% orig bright blue and 95% orig bright straw. Light corrosion starting on grip safety. Grips are sharp and retain orig color with beautiful wood grain. Bore is bright and sharp. Mechanics are excellent. Mag has very little wear. Holster is very good with age appropriate wear and scuffs. 49829-97 BWS (2,000-4,000)
