BEAUTIFUL 1906 DWM SWISS LUGER WITH CASE. DWM LUGER 1906 SWISS CROSS 5568 7.65 PARA MODERN; C&R; IMPORT Cal. 7.65 Para. 4-3/4" bbl with Swiss Cross proof on left and full SN on bottom. Swiss Cross in sunburst above chamber. "DWM" scroll on center toggle link. Swiss proofs on left receiver. Numbered parts are matching including checkered walnut grips. Grip safety. Swiss wood bottom mag with steel disks. Extra mag is flat button for an unrelieved frame with wood bottom and steel disks in a contemporary tan suede travel case with brass fittings and suede carry handle. Interior is green synthetic fur with an extra compartment for accessories that contains 2 keys. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 97% orig bright blue iwth normal wear on edges and corners. Retains 90% bright straw with some corrosion on takedown lever and safety lever. Grips are sharp and darkened from oil. Bore is bright and sharp. Mechanics are excellent. Mag has some pitting on body an unusual wear on wood bottom. Extra unrelieved mag is excellent with light corrosion on body and a couple dings in wood bottom. Case has light wear on exterior and interior. 49829-70 BWS (2,000-4,000)
