RARE G DATE POLICE LUGER WITH MATCHING MAGAZINE. MAUSER P08 LUGER 9728E 9MM MODERN; C&R; IMPORT Cal. 9mm. 4" bbl with Eagle/63 proof and SN on bottom. All numbered parts are matching including orig magazine, checkered walnut grips, toggle pin, and firing pin. G (1935) above chamber. S/42 (Mauser) on center toggle link. Eagle/63 proofs on right receiver. Police sear safety. Orig matching Haemel Schmeisser Police numbered magazine. With an extra set of reproduction Luger grips. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Excellent retaining 95% orig bright blue and straw with normal wear and light fading and corrosion on grip straps. Grips are lightly worn with minor dings to checkering. Bore is bright and sharp. Magazine has little wear and very minor dings. Mechanics are excellent.
