1906 DWM COMMERCIAL LUGER WITH FRENCH MARKED BARREL. DWM LUGER 1906 36644 9MM MODERN; C&R; IMPORT Cal. 9mm. 4" bbl "Manufacture Francaise d'Armes & Cycles de Saint-Etienne" recently applied to top of bbl. With "BUG" proofs and full SN on bottom. "DWM" on center toggle link. "BU" proofs on toggle assembly and left receiver. Numbered parts on gun are matching. Checkered walnut grips are unnumbered. Grip safety. Plain wood bottom mag. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Fine, bbl has been restored to 98% blue, rest of gun retains 93% orig blue with light scattered corrosion that is fading to brown on grip straps and grip safety. Straw is 75% with some touch-up. Grips are lightly worn and oil soaked. Left grip has an extra cut below safety lever for some unknown modification. Bore is worn and pitted. Mechanics are good. Mag has corrosion on body and minor dings on wood bottom. 49829-120 BWS (2,000-3,000)
