RARE 1939 MAUSER BANNER COMMERCIAL LUGER WITH MATCHING MAG. MAUSER 1939 SWEDISH BANNER LUGER 6436 7.65 PARA MODERN; C&R; IMPORT Cal. 7.65 Para. 4" bbl with four digit SN on bottom. 1939 date above chamber. Mauser banner logo on center toggle link. Eagle/N proof on left receiver. Serial range indicates most likely export to Sweden. SN are matching down to the firing pin, checkered walnut grips, and orig matching aluminum bottom mag. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 93% orig bright blue with most wear on grip straps which are corroding to brown and starting to pit. 90% orig bright straw with an area of purpling on trigger from heat. Grips are lightly worn and darkened from oil. Bore is bright and sharp. Mechanics are fine. Mag has light normal wear and minor dings on bottom. 49829-76 BWS (3,000-5,000)
