UNISSUED HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON M1 GARAND RIFLE.HARRINGTON & RICHARDSONM1 GARAND562869330-06MODERN; C&RCal. 30-06. 24" bbl. Early 1950s gray phosphate finish on most all parts with exception of black anodized gas system. 3-pc walnut stocks with defense acceptance stamped cartouche. MILSCO, 1944 dated leather sling. "HRA" marked and dated bbl 5-55. PROVENANCE: From High Condition Collection of Discerning U.S. Military Rifle Collector, Offered Without Reserve. CONDITION: Unbelievably fine unissued condition. All metal surfaces still retain the fine crystallization from when first finished. Chamber and bolt face show no use after being proof fired. Walnut stocks are near perfect with only the slightest of handling marks, but have yet to ever been oiled or cleaned in any way. Rifle sling is as new as it gets and could not be improved upon.
