This Smith & Wesson 32/20 Hand Ejector Model of 1905 Second Change Target revolver was manufactured in 1910 and is a Special Engraved Edition featuring floral scroll and punch dot engraving on the sides of the barrel, frame, cyl flats, backstrap and trigger guard with a scalloped design on the top strap. The bottom front of the frame is engraved with intertwined "ESA". The SN is marked on the butt next to the Smith & Wesson rework star. Pinned blade front sight with pearl bead and adjustable rear target sight, all nickel finish with case hardened hammer and trigger and fitted with replacement pearl grips with a steer head carved on the right panel. The accompanying factory letter verifies configuration. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine overall, with very minor traces of handling with a very slight amount of finish loss at muzzle. 2-pc carved mother of pearl steer head grips are exceptional. Hammer and trigger retain most of their vivid case colored finish. A truly spectacular engraved Smith & Wesson. Bore and mechanics are excellent. 50507-10 TDW (3,000-5,000)
