ALLEN & THURBER PEPPERBOX REVOLVER. ALLEN & TURBER 1837 PEPPERBOX NSN 32 CAL Cal. 32. Bbl marked "Allen & Thurber Worcester", hammer marked "Allen's Patent". Frame and recoil shield lightly scroll engraved. Backstrap with wavy lines. 2-pc varnished walnut grips. PROVENANCE: The Estate of G. W. "Bill" Stewart of Sonora, Texas. CONDITION: Good, all metal surfaces with light brown patina, minor corrosion on frame at hammer. Grips are very good with scattered light handling marks and minute loss at toe, original varnish.
