GROUP OF FIVE HOLSTERS. 1) Single loop fully tooled holster for a 4-3/4" Colt SA stamped with "L.A. Sessums Maker, Longview.Texas". Holster is fully tooled two-toned with russet color floral work and black stippled background. Holster is lined. Muzzle end of holster is stitched to back-flap. Loop is stitched to back-flap. 2) Tooled Mexican style dbl loop holster for a 4-3/4" Colt SA. Maker mark is stamped under holster at muzzle "Colorado Saddlery Denver" with a catalog no. of 1815. Holster loops are fully tooled. Skirt is plain. Holster has a basket-weave pattern with border. Back of holster is marked "SA 4-3/4". Holster was probably made by Heiser of Denver for Colorado Saddlery. 3) Tooled basket-weave pocket holster for a Colt Lightning revolver with 4-1/2" bbl. Holster has a metal clip mounted on the front face that is missing the top part. Rear of holster is marked "H.P.C. Evers, Brady, Tex". 4) A unique unmarked single loop holster for a 5-1/2" Colt SA revolver. Holster has basket-weave tooling on the body. Loop has basket-weave tooling with "7" in the middle. The holster has a rather amateur look about it, but would definitely work. 5) High quality fully tooled, lined holster made for a 5-1/2" Colt SAA revolver with black binding all around. Loop is sewn to the back. "C.I. Tibiletti, Victoria, Tex." stamped on the rear below the loop. PROVENANCE: The Estate of G.W. "Bill" Stewart of Sonora, Texas. CONDITION: 1) Very good. Stitching is intact. Finish is crazed overall. There is a slight crack at the ejector rod head. Old price tag on rear is for $500.00. 2) Very good. Holster is a russet brown finish overall. Stitching is intact with clear markings and no breaks. 3) Very good. Stitching is intact. Upper clip is missing. Tooling is sharp. Mark is sharp. Holster back has been slotted for belt use. 4) Very good. Stitching is intact. Holster bottom plug appears to be shot out. 5) Very good. Holster is a dark russet brown color. Lining is the same color. Black binding has a minor loss where the cyl hits. Marking is clear. 49973-256 TEP (1,000-2,000)
