RARE COMMERCIAL COLT 1917 .45 SERVICE REVOLVER WITH BOX.COLT191733633845 ACPMODERN; C&RCal. 45 ACP. 5-1/2" bbl. Commercial blue finish with commercial checkered walnut grips with rampant Colt medallions. Bbl marked "Colt Model 1917 .45 Auto Ctge". Accompanied with orig numbered box and accessories. PROVENANCE: The Charles Copeland, Jr. Collection. CONDITION: Very fine with most all orig finish remaining, slight damage to front sight and minor chip on base of left grip. Manufactured 1932, less than 1000 were produced for public consumption. Bore and mechanics are excellent. Box is very good with matching number and excellent label.
