SUPERB ARGENTINE BALLESTER MOLINA CAMPEON 22 TRAINER.HAFDASA BALLESTER MOLINACAMPEON TRAINER5723822LRMODERNRare Argentine variation of the Colt Service Model Ace. Using the floating chamber system invented by David Marshal (Carbine Williams), this Ballester Molina has a 5" bbl. Outward appearance of a 1911 Colt with target sights with windage and elevation adjustment rear with Argentine designed frame and lower components having no grip safety nor removable mainspring housing. Blue finish overall with 2-pc walnut stocks with vertical striations. Slide assembly is marked "Pistola Automatica Campeon Cal. 22" with standard Argentine patent dates beneath. This close copy of the Colt Ace even uses a magazine virtually indistinguishable from a Colt. After detailed disassembly, all numbered parts were found to be matching, including bbl, slide and frame. CONDITION: Extremely fine overall, with most all factory blue finish remaining. Bore and chamber are excellent as is all mechanics. This is not one of the converted recent imports brought into this country and is not import marked or rebuilt.
