CONDITION: Good, as refurbished. Bbls retain 95%+ of a fine quality re-black, possibly applied at time of re-proof. Engraving clear. Action has been recolor hardened, and retains nearly all of that color, silvered on beads and fences. Re-blue of top lever and trigger guard are slightly silvered. Buttstock retains most of an old oil refinish, edges somewhat rounded. There is a small stress crack behind left lockplate. Wood is somewhat below metal in some areas. Checkering re-cut. Edges of forend repaired on left side. Bores are excellent. Action is tight. Drop is down despite shortening of forend iron. Ejectors are slightly out of time. Case is very fine with a few scuffs. Interior cloth is somewhat rubbed and soiled. Accessories are good. 51005-2 MGM209 (10,000-15,000)
