Fixed IMP-CYL & IMP-MOD chokes. Chambers are 2-3/4". Bbl #2: 28" of chrome nickel steel with vent rib with front and mid bead. FULL & FULL chokes. 2-3/4" chambers. Breech end of rib has gold "2". Self-opening Pigeon Gun without safety. Case colored Purdey style sidelock action with side clips and cocking indicators. Full coverage of very fine rose and scroll hand engraving. Single non selective trigger with auto ejectors. Beavertail forearm of checkered thin shell walnut. Stock of fancy thin shell walnut features engraved case colored steel pistol grip cap, teardrops behind ears and silver nameplate on toe line. LOP: 14" over thin red pad. Drop at comb: 1-3/8". Drop at heel: 2". weight: 8lb 6oz. Bbl date codes indicate 1952 mfg. Housed in leather covered 2-bbl luggage case. CONDITION: Bbl #1 retains most of re-blued finish. Gold is missing from "1" on rib. Rib has 3 plugged holes from previous sight attachment. Good bright bores. Bbl #2 retains 95% orig blue and has good bright bores. Action has good case colors with slight fading and silvering on sharp edges and wear points. Blue on trigger guard tang has faded to gray. Stock and forearm has lightly worn finish showing numerous scratches and handling marks. Case is in good condition. 51045-3 DS (7,000-12,000)
