Bottoms of bbls are stamped with SN, steel and choke information. A pheasant flies across bottom of action. A pair of snipe fly across top lever, and pair of ducks are on trigger guard bow. CONDITION: Excellent, as partially refinished. Bbls retain nearly all of what appears to be orig blue, but is possibly a very high quality re-blue, with a number of light subsequent marks. Action retains nearly all of its french gray finish with only sharp edges brightening to silver. Orig blue of top lever, trigger guard, and forend iron, are also excellent with just a hint of silvering. Stocks retain nearly all of a hand rubbed oil refinish with a few light marks. Bores are excellent. Action is tight. Bbls are on face. Ejectors are strong and in time. A fast handling, light weight, beautifully embellished gun. 50594-54 MGM230 (5,500-9,500)
