DESIRABLE BELGIAN BROWNING DIANA GRADE SUPERPOSED 2-BARREL SHOTGUN. BROWNING SUPERPOSED DIANA 1726F7 28 & 20 MODERN Cal. 28 & 20 ga. Gray finish boxlock action with Diana grade engraving signed by master engraver "J. Baerten". Engraving has game scenes featuring pheasants on left side, mallards on right side, partridge on floorplate, and rabbits on trigger guard. Balance is covered with vine type foliate scroll and punch dot background. Gold plated single selective trigger. Auto ejectors. Bbl 1: 28 ga. with 2-3/4" chambers. 28" vent rib with FULL & FULL chokes. Bbl 2: 20 ga. with 3" chambers. 28" vent rib with MOD & FULL chokes. Both bbls have steel beads and are properly numbered to gun. Both bbls have lightning forearms of checkered walnut. Round knob short tang stock of checkered fancy walnut. LOP: 14-1/8" over orig buttplate. 1967 mfg. Includes Browning Hartman 2-bbl set luggage case. Case contains operation manual and keys. PROVENANCE: Remarkable William Larkin Moore Private Estate Collection of Fine Sporting Arms. CONDITION: Both bbls retain nearly all orig blue and have very good bright bores.
