Coin finished OU action has non-plated single selective trigger, and is engraved with 80% coverage medium scroll within heart borders surrounding game scenes signed by Felix Funken; pair of black game cocks spar on left side, as trio of females look on. Right side depicts nye of pheasant with many members sitting on ground, one flying. A spaniel retrieving a duck is on bottom of action. Relatively plain European walnut long tang round knob buttstock measures 14-3/8" over black Decelerator pad. Field type forend matches well. Bore diameter: top -.730, bottom - .730. Bore restrictions: top - .006 (skeet), bottom - .007 (skeet). Drop at heel: 2-7/16", drop at comb: 1-11/16". Cast: neutral. Weight: 7 lbs. 12 oz. LOP: 14-3/8". Twin ivory bead sights. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain approx 90% what appears to be orig blue, thinning a bit overall, with some light marks and a few small rust spots. Coin finish of action remains bright, with evidence of some cleaning. Stocks retain most of their orig finish which is lightly crazed, and has had a bit of oil rubbed in as maintenance. Pad is new.
