REMINGTON MODEL 31-F PREMIER GRADE WITH GOLD PUMP SHOTGUN. REMINGTON MODEL 31F 577230 20 GA MODERN; C&R; IVORY Cal. 20 ga. Rare F grade gun with gold. Action and breech section have full coverage of vine type foliate engraving with punch dot background surrounding vignettes featuring raised gold figures. Left side features flying pheasant, 2 pointing dogs, and 2 quail. Right side features 2 raised gold pointing dogs between flying mallard and woodcock. Trigger guard bow has raised gold dog head. 28" solid rib bbl with 2-3/4" chamber. Fixed MOD choke. Bradley type ivory target front sight with mid bead. Forearm and pistol grip Monte Carlo stock of fancy American black walnut having segmented hand checkering. Contrasting wood grip cap has initials H.W.W. LOP: 14-1/8" over checkered rosewood buttplate. Weight: 7 lb 6.4 oz. PROVENANCE: Remarkable William Larkin Moore Private Estate Collection of Fine Sporting Arms.
