FABULOUS PARKER BROTHERS A1 SPECIAL UPGRADE TWO BARREL SET SHOTGUN WITH CASE ENGRAVED BY THIERRY DUGUET. PARKER A1-SPC UPGRADE 239951 12GA MODERN; C&R; ESA Cal. 12 ga. Bbl set 1 - 28" Vulcan Steel bbls. 2-5/8" chambers. Full length matted top rib with ivory front bead. Semi beavertail forearm and Deely release. Bbl set 2 - 32" Vulcan Steel bbls with twin ivory beads. 2-5/8" chambers. Full beavertail forearm. 1-1/2 frame. Parker Brothers SST, auto ejectors, non-auto safety. Round knob pistol grip buttstock with Monte Carlo is checkered in high grade Parker type pattern with checkered side panels and flowing leaves behind grip. 14" LOP over small skeleton buttplate. Receiver is fabulously engraved and gold inlaid in full coverage scroll with gold inlaid duck on left, pheasant on right, flying quail on trigger plate and "Parker Bros." in gold on bottom of frame. The quality of the inlay is absolutely world class. The fences on this gun have been sculpted in three-layer pattern. Blued top lever with burst of scroll and "SAFE" in gold in front of safety. SN inlaid in gold on trigger guard tang, and trigger guard bow with scroll bursts. Housed in a brown leather two bbl set case with accessories with maroon felt interior. Light green canvas cover. This gun originally started life as a VHE two bbl set and is found in the Parker serialization book as such. Bbl set 1 - Bore diameter: Right .733, Left .730. Bore restriction: Right bbl .016 (Mod), Left bbl .022 (Mod). Wall thickness: Right bbl .024, Left bbl .029. Bbl set 2 - Bore diameter: Right .735, Left .736. CONDITION: Extraordinarily fine, and likely test fired only since being customized. Gun retains virtually of its custom finish to both wood and metal. Mechanics are crisp. Bores are bright and shiny.
