Spike base held to helmet body with star retainers. Frontplate is the rare Brunswick silver Deaths Head Skull device on Prussian style eagle with "FURST" banner. Frontplate securely formed to helmet body. Overall helmet has general patina. Gilding to frontplate shows darkening with age but otherwise appears to be 100%.
