VERY ATTRACTIVE LOEWE BORCHARDT MODEL 1893 SEMI-AUTO PISTOL WITH STOCK AND HOLSTER.LUDWIG LOWE1893 BORCHARDT36930Cal. 30. Standard configuration Loewe Borchardt with 7-1/2" bbl with integral front sight and adjustable rear sight blade. Chamber marked "WAFFENFABRIK / LOWE / BERLIN". "D.R.P./No75837." on center toggle link. "BU" proofs on left side of receiver and repeated on toggle assembly. "SYSTEM BORCHARDT.PATENT." on right receiver. Checkered walnut grips with border. Numbered parts on gun are matching including each of the grips that have penciled numbers on their inner surface. Original matching magazine. Unnumbered shoulder stock that has been extensively customized with diamonds of checkering over the upper and lower spine with a large coyote measuring about 5" across, engraved onto the left side. Complete with orig black holster. No attaching straps. CONDITION: VG overall condition with bbl having been professionally restored at which point the BU proofs were likely removed. The rest of pistol has about 95% blue with sharp edge wear/frosting and thinning of the front strap. Extractor has been polished and screw securing trigger housing has been altered or may be a replacement. Trigger and left grip screw have had their fire blue enhanced. Fire blued plates over recoil spring housing faded to about 70%. VG-EX condition grips that retain little of the orig varnish. Comparable condition magazine. Mirror bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics, though safety is a bit sticky. Shoulder stock with excellent metal fittings and customized board as previously noted.
