WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 RIFLE.WINCHESTER189265673132 WCFMODERN; C&RCal. .32 WCF. 24" oct bbl with full mag, straight grained American walnut stocks with crescent butt, adjustable tang sight. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Bbl and mag tube show 40-50% orig blue finish with the balance turning plum/brown patina, some slight erosion on top of bbl. Markings are sharp and clear. Sights are very good. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Receiver retains 30-40% orig blue with the balance flaked to a plum patina. Hammer and lever show generous traces of case colored finish. Loading gate shows of fire blue. Markings are clear. Tang sight is also very good with a generous amount of orig blue remaining. Stocks are fine, full sized and retain nearly all of the varnish finish with only some slight handling marks overall. Buttplate retains 30% blue, forend cap retains 60% blue. A very nice Winchester '92 rifle in far above average condition. 51500-36 TEP (750-1,500)
