WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 TAKEDOWN RIFLE.WINCHESTER189487822432WSMODERN; C&RCal. .32 WS. 26" oct bbl, full mag, takedown, Marble/Sheard front sight, Buckhorn rear sight, blue finish, straight grained American walnut stocks with crescent butt. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Bbl retains 30% blue that is drifting to plum/brown with high point wear and a few scratches. Mag tube retains 60% blue with a slight takedown mark. Sights are very good. Bore is frosty with sharp rifling. Takedown ring is a silver/gray patina with traces of blue. Receiver shows 50% blue with carry wear. Bolt is a silver/gray patina with some stains. Hammer and lever show considerable blue finish. Tang marking is sharp. Stocks are very good, full sized, and show considerable varnish finish with handling marks overall. Buttplate is silver/gray with traces of blue, as is the forend cap. A very nice 1894 takedown rifle with special front sight. 51379-23 TEP (2,000-2,500)
