Top of bbl marked in silver "SPECIALLY MADE FOR CHAS.A.HEYER & Co., NAIROBI." Unique semi auto receiver with manual single shot override is marked with maker's banner. Military style safety, 5 rnd detachable mag. Sporter style walnut stock with grooved forestock and checkered semi pistol grip, Walther marked hard rubber buttplate. Factory sling swivels. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Good to very good. Bbl and rec retain about 70% blue finish with moderate scattered pitting and handling marks throughout. Wood shows numerous handing marks nicks and gouges from usage, small chip out of toe.
