PARKER BROS 12 GA VHE SHOTGUN.PARKERVHE19832512GAMODERN; C&RCal 12 ga. 28" Vulcan steel bbls. 2-5/8" chambers. Choked full/full. Full length matted top rib with steel front bead and marked "Parker Bros. Makers. Meriden, CT. U.S.A. Vulcan Steel". #1-1/2 frame. Dbl triggers, auto ejectors, auto safety. Capped full pistol grip buttstock with Nickel shield checkered in standard V grade pattern with 14-1/4" LOP over orig Parker Bros. DHBP. Splinter forearm checkered in standard V grade pattern with Deeley release and steel tip. Receiver with zig-zag border pattern and marked Parker Bros. on both sides. Weight: 7 lbs. 3 oz. CONDITION: Excellent having been used and enjoyed many days in the field. Bbls retain approx 90% old restored finish. Receiver retains approx 70% of an old likely Del Grego refurbished cyanide case hardening. Trigger guard has mostly toned and retains traces of its blue. Buttstock and forearm are very good. Checkering lightly thinned with scattered scratches and hunting bumps, most notably towards toe and breech end of forearm. Minor wood loss with grain separation on right side of trigger guard near bow. Bores are excellent. Ejectors work and gun is tight and on face, top lever at center. 51500-3 JSL (1,000-1,500)
